All orders are processed through PAYPAL secure shopping cart server. This is to protect you the customer in the most secure manner.
To place an order: Please place your items in the shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, press the Checkout button to pay for your items. Please be sure to read our returns policy. Placing an order means acceptance of our store policies.
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. To keep delivery costs to a minimum we use Royal Mail Parcel Post. We aim to deliver goods within 5 working days. However, if you're buying a Shopping Trolley, or bag, as a last minute gift and would like it sent urgently, just send an email or telephone us and we'll do our very best to dispatch the same day.

Shipments paid for by cheque will be shipped upon clearance notification from the bank upon which the cheque was issued.
Merchandise must be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund of the sales price excluding shipping and handling. You must contact us via e-mail within seven days of receipt of merchandise to tell us of any problems or defects with your purchase.
Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item within seven days of receipt. Contact us immediately to inform us of any problems with your purchase.
Shipping/Handling charges are figured on a Fixed Price fee indicated on the shop page.
It is our policy not to sell or release to any third party, data collected about visitors to this site or customers of Funky Shopping Trolleys. You will not receive unsolicited email or communication other than clarification about order payment and shipment. You may, however, request to receive an occasional newsletter about new products or market news.
